1. The Assessment

2. Protection and Preparation

3. Removal
The old glass is carefully cut away from the vehicle's pinch weld using specialized tools. The technician will then trim the old adhesive down to a thin, even layer to create a perfect base for the new urethane.
4. Installation
A fresh bead of high-strength adhesive is applied, and the new windshield is set into place. The cowl and trim pieces are reattached.
5. Cleanup and SDAT
The technician will vacuum any stray debris, clean the new glass, and inform you of the Safe Drive Away Time (SDAT)—the required time the vehicle must sit before the adhesive cures enough to drive safely.
